Review of Bay City, Michigan

Growing Community. Great For Young Families.
Star Rating - 9/2/2018
Bay City offers low prices for homes due to lower population (Current lower demand). Years ago, the population was more than 3x as big due to big lumber industry, etc. Benefits to living in Bay City are not only low cost living in a lower populated area, but also offers plenty of nature (awesome state park on Lake Huron), plenty to do from great local restaurants, coffee shops, and pubs, and renovations happening throughout the city, especially downtown.
