Dirty little secret - Garland, TX is a vital point for drug distribution in the USA - networks of individuals and families are recruited to store and later distribute drugs in large frequency and small quantities via postal services and highway system to other states- somewhat as they North Viets did in SE Asia with the arms. Asian crimals are laundering drug proceeds purchasing commercial real estate, cash businesses, residential real estate in this area in enormous ammounts. Some Hispanic cartels have tried but not as succefull. Its become the economy of the locals- Asian immigration and population exceed Blacks today and is not recorded accordingly- most commercial is now Asian owned
