Haverhill is a great place to live!

As a property manager I see 35%-40% of its people moving from high end cities like Reading, Beverly, Danvers and Andover into Haverhill due to the cities historical charm and property values are considered at a huge discount compared to these other cities. The downtown area with its resturant row and free summer concerts are making this city a very walkable and likable city to live.
