The Silicon Valley boom has busted. Everything in Santa Clara Valley is priced for those .com millionaires that got lucky back in the 90's. For the rest of us regular folks this area is ridiculously overpriced. With the .com bust even the once wealthy are now hurting. It's a nice place, great weather, culturally diverse, lots to do, but impossible to live in or afford to get out of for the little guy.
