Review of Manhattan, Kansas

Great community
Star Rating - 5/9/2007
Manhattan's community welcomes the students of Kansas State and shares in the diverse culture it brings. Although it is not for urban socialites, there are fun music festivities to attend (i.e. Arts in the Park Series, Birdhouse at the Arts Center, Country Stampede) and great recreation spots such as the Linear Trail, City Park, Anneberg Park and Konza Prairie. A small town atmosphere with a light taste of the city. Alumni alike love "their town" and their Alma Mater. Some may outgrow Manhattan post-graduation, while others may grow to love it even more and decide to stay. Whatever your perspective, the students are always good for a laugh!
