Charming. Not too big and not too small. All conveniences within 5 minutes. Near major highways. Property tax is more reasonable than Travis County (Austin).  More

The community is small and non progressive about change. Bigots and Rednecks. Only place on the map the climate and people are a match COLD and self serving.   More
