There's definitely lots of jobs/economic opportunity. It's quite racially diverse if that's your thing. Houston has awful urban sprawl. Expect awful traffic. Hot as hell  More

We have 2 grocery stores that are about 1/3 higher than our neighboring town. Currently there are approximately 100 homes on the market and they are moving very slowly.  More
