Good- Searcy is a nice town with small town appeal and larger city ammenities coupled with bigger city accessibility. Bad- The city is not planned well for the growth.   More

Bossier City is pretty much where people from Shreveport go when they get fed up with the crime, dysfunction, and high taxes over there. That said, it is no paradise.   More
