I grew up in Winchester and I can't recommend moving there. If you plan on raising a family there, your children will be at a disadvantage attending schools in the area.  More

Housing is overpriced unless you want to live in a **** hole with cockroaches, mold, cars broken into. There's way too many potholes. Theres a deadly shooting everyday.  More
