Taft, CA is a small city located in the San Joaquin Valley of central California. It has a population of approximately 9,000 people according to the 2019 US Census Bureau. I’ve lived here over 50 years. It use to be a wonderful place to grow up with a thriving downtown and jobs were plentiful. This is no longer the case in Taft. Jobs are  More
