I love Dallas, but it has serious downsides.

I moved to Dallas from California because I wanted to live in a major business center, Dallas doesn't disapoint in that regard as its full of high rise buildings and corporate headquarters, shopping and huge mega malls like Northpark and restaurants. Downsides, most dangerous large city in USA, I heard that but never thought it would affect me until I was robbed at gunpoint, I told some people in Dallas about it and the stories some people have who live there about being carjacked and robbed go on and on. In general people who live there experience the crime where people who just work or shop there tend to not see that element of the city. The city is also extremely polluted but hey I give a pass on that, overall I will have to say one of the premier cities in the USA even despite the drawbacks.
