Review of Atlanta, Georgia

Losing it’s quality

Been in Atlanta my whole life, gotta say it’s going downhill pretty fast. I honestly wish people would quit moving here. I don’t even believe the official statistics, it’s way off. It is becoming way too overcrowded. Nobody seems like they can keep up, and anybody who says they can is probably lying. Day by day life is becoming a real challenge! It is a real war in order to get by these days…..Everybody knows this population growth is real unpleasant and unnecessary…Basically, I’m going to pack my bags and head out to the countryside. Sorry to all you people that are stuck here forever.

you just don't want people to move to Atlanta because you don't want it to become crowded, you just want to keep the good things to yourself!! that's pretty selfish, I live in Los Angeles (hell hole)the most disgusting city on the planet!! you talk about the crowd, you should move to LA then you know what crowded means,, besides that you have to deal with the most disgusting people here who are half illegal and criminals the other half brought stolen money from somewhere to LA and dealing drugs, the economy is a sham, homeless literally sleeping anywhere you look! beggers everywhere, we have a thief for governor who is being recalled! and yet real estate is unbelievably high priced because the builder's arent building at least not enough! i have siblings in GA and have visited there a few times, I think you guys are living in heaven compared to us! so be thankfull , and yes i am moving there soon ,

This person is telling it like it is…..I’m an native Atlanta and I’m tired of the ever growing population growth here. This city will soon be miserable to live in such as the cities people are moving from. Atlanta has a serious gang issue, traffic problems, the housing is no longer affordable for “regular” people. Investors from other states are moving here, buying real estate and selling high. A million dollar home used to get you a huge home with plenty of acreage in an exclusive part of town. Now they’re selling homes in “the hood” that investors are listing for over a mil with hardly no acreage and the surrounding homes look like crap. Wish I could move too but buying another home with the supply and demand right now is scary and expensive.

I've lived in many cities. This is what happens when native southerners aren't aggressive. We should, especially in cities such as Atlanta stop giving these people reasons to move here. This includes jobs.
