moved here from FL, was paying nearly $ 3000 a year in property tax.The property tax here is $ 325.oo a year.as a retired federal employee I do not pay any state tax. the people are polite and helpful.the winters here are mild and the summers are a lot like Fl.many shopping malls and a varity of eating places overall an enjoyable place to retire.
