Annapolis Overall

I have lived in Annapolis for almost 10 years. It's a great place to raise a family. The public middle shools are not that great here, however. While the teachers are fabulous, most middle class+ families send thier children to private school. This is too bad as the 2 middle schools could really improve if more people chose to send their children there. There is a lot of culture around. The town has great history involving its relationship with the Chesapeake. It also offers great opportunities to learn about the environment as well as cultural arts. The town does have a very small feel. This could be a negative to those who expect it to have the ammenities most capital cities offer as it does not. It is very humid here all year round. And when the heat comes in the summer, it's pretty bad with the mosquitos and the humid heat!
