Illegal Immigration and Drugs

I was born and raised in the Valley of the Sun and never thought I would leave here. Unfortunately that has changed in the past 3-4 years as the crime rate has gone up drastically.
There is a shortage of police officers, a large amount of illegal immigrants, an epidemic of meth use, and a higher number people escaping their third strike moving here. I am looking for a safer, more family-oriented area to move to. I no longer want to raise my children here.
