I live in Yuma, AZ. I'm in the Marine Corps and live off base with my wife in an apartment complex. Compared to most places I know the cost of living here isn't too bad. The only thing to consider is the cost of electricity, considering its 100+ here for what seems to be half the year. Rent for a 2 bedroom 2 bath 885sq ft apt is 700/month including everything minus electricity, which at its peak can be about 160-180 a month.
