Challenge

Hi everyone. Having just endured another horrendous snow/ice storm here in New Jersey, we are ready to pack it in. We would love to move to a much more temperate climate. The challenge is, our hobbies are skiing, mountain biking and sailing (a pretty eclectic mix). My brother in law lives in Las Vegas, and that would be an ideal place for us to move, having Mt. charleston approx. 45 minutes to the north and Lake Mead approx. 15 minutes to the South. We would be happy with 3 seasons but absolutely no snow and no very cold weather in the winter. Any suggestions? My husband is a Mechanical Engineer and I work for a travel agency. Our kids will be out of high school in another year. Thanks!
