Unlike many parts of the country Arizona has a steady flow of people moving here. The home sales in Maricopa County have been steadily increasing since the low of 2,877 in January 2008. If you're considering moving to Arizona I strongly suggest you find a real estate professional that knows the city and county as well as the neighborhood you're interested in. Not every area is rebounding as well as the next.
