Winridge Apartments and Townhouses

I have been living in Winridge for about a year. When I first applied for an apartment, they told me my rent would be a certain amount and I applied for a 6-9 month lease. After I moved in, I later receive a notice saying that I had to pay water/sewer (which would increase my rent from what I agreed on) then when my six months were about to expire, I called the office in hope that maybe they forgot about information to send to me about my new lease. Come to find out when I first moved in they had changed the lease from 6-9months to 1yr. When the snow hits, there is no plows to remove snow from the parking lot, they still have not come to do any maintenance in my apartment, no matter how much I call to have them come check out/ticket the problem. Now, they are boosting my rent once again if I renew my lease. Just want good customer service for a nice place to live with my family!
