Looking for Paradise!

I'm seriously thinking of moving to a warmer climate, but with some change of seasons. I am interested in North Carolina. I visited Cary, North Carolina and liked it a lot; however, I'm interested in finding more information about Charlotte, North Carolina. I love the fine arts . . . plays, ballet, symphony, museums, cultural and fun activities for family, children and adults. I love the coffee shops, movies, Barnes & Noble, etc. I also love biking, hiking and swimming. Indoor and outdoor water parks are fun. Christian activities are very important to me also. I'm looking to live around some good, positive people! Excellent ratings on schools (all grade levels) are very important to me. I have a 5 year old daughter, and I also am returning to college. Also, safe, progressive neighborhoods are very important to me. So, to sum it all up . . . a mild climate, excellent education, a good church, safe neighborhoods, and fun indoor and outdoor activities would almost be paradise for me! Can anyone give me any information . . . even if it is outside of North Carolina?
