Nothing to do. Tons of drugs. Crappy economy. Time goes really slow. Rains most of the year. The mall is run down and ugly. Thieves. Prostitutes. Snobby self-important people. If you don't do drugs you won't have any friends or anything to do. Everyone has an alcoholic related and or smoking addiction. Terrible place.
