The climate in Garland is much like the climate in all of texas, blink and it wiil change. This winter we had 60 degree days turn into snow the next day. At the moment we are in the middle of a huge drought. Rain is promised by weather men only to be a 10 min shower and nothing worth turning of the sprinklers for.
