Big City Strange Climate

Houston is growing more and more every day. And im sure most major citys grow also, but Houston will quite strange though. Houston can alot of time be 90 degrees in the winter season, and 40 the very next day. I myself am used to it. It doesnt really rain all that often, but it rarely gets dry enough to cause much problems.
