which is better dallas or houston??

i currently live in atlanta ga although i love atlanta i want a change....i was stuck between dallas and houston which is better?? i know they both HOT as hell but i'm use to that also being from florida lol but which is more like the city houston or dallas?? which would be better for a single 23 year old african american female with no kids??
