Living in Houston

It's easy to point out the bad in a city of this size, but overall, Houston has quite a bit to offer. The job market is better that most cities of this size, the housing/cost of living is lower than most and the variety of people make Houston an interesting city to live in. If not from this area, the weather is probably the hardest thing to get used to. The Houston area, like most of the gulf coast region, has a humid climate; very tropical in nature. If a person can get past that then Houston is a great place to live!
