Weather and bugs

I think the weather is great! While July and August are hot and humid the rest of the year is better than nearly anywhere else in the US. After living in Seattle, WA for 17 years, Houston is a dream come true. As far as the bugs, keep your house clean, have an exterminator come out every three months and there is no problem. Use an insect repellent and the mosquitos won't bother you either.
