Metro rail

I live in the texas medical center area of Houston. Yes the houses are a bit on the expensive side, but one can get decent looking apartments at reasonable prices. commuting within the TMC area is better with the new Metro rail as parking inthe TMC area and downtown could be a nightmare. having said that, majority of residents still drive their vehicles and rather pay for parking all because of the convenience of having your own means of transportation.
