U will not find parks, with inner city familys there.
Rated 1 of the worst cities 4 speed traps and the mayor will being hire more glorified meter maids.. To help crime, but there will be just more hangin out under hwys, writing seat belt tickets. There is no middle class, either over priced homes/apartments or gethos. There council has been the same 4 yr.s, they lack enough members like most other cities. The avg. person will spend a minium of 20 hr.s a week traveling 2 work. Thats providing no 1 wrecks, which u have better odds of hitting a lottery ticket. There rated as very careless drivers. I think anyone with a lic. # ending in a odd # should drive a tow truck and even drives the meat wagon, or make better use of cops and have them drivin the above mention vehicles. This is not bashing houston its just a little of the truth, but dont take my word ch it out yourself!
