Cost of Living Very Low!

The cost of living here is amazing. Even compared to small midwestern towns (where I am from), the cost of living here is very reasonable. Housing costs, gas prices, etc. are all very reasonable. Schools are also excellent. I would recommend Houston for city-lovers. The outdoorsy type, however, may find Houston to be less than desirable.
