I have lived here for 31 of my 35 years. I am involved in Real Estate as an investor. I have lived only in the Suburban areas. South of Houston is Pearland 30 minute drive to downtown Houston without traffic and 1 hour with traffic. Sugar Land is to the Southwest of Houston. Same scenario as Pearland.
