Houston is a city now ravaged by crime and trash littering the streets. It looks as New Orleans looked post Katrina. Houston is no longer a nice place to live, I was robbed at gunpoint in my gated community and decided to finally leave this crime infested city. Crime rate has climbed at an alarming rate since Katrina. Never ending road construction creates rather spectacular traffic jams and makes the driving a nightmare, and also creates a continual haze of dug-up clay in the air which then settles on your vehicles and sticks on with the constant rain to create a sticky clay glaze on all vehicles all the time. Need to use a brillo pad for removal. Trash buildup on the side of every road is becoming a significant problem as well.
Houston is a dump.
