Cost of living is great but the summer weather is

Median home prices are about $150000. Freeway traffic during rush hour is terrible. The hot weather runs from May through October, highs 90-100. Expect 46" of rain per year. The only reason to live here is for the availability of jobs especially in the oil industry and the low cost of living.
