San Diegans are among the friendlist, warmest, most approachable people in the States. Most citizens are in a good mood about 85% of the time. Despite high real estate costs and poor air and water quality rankings by the EPA (unknown by most who live here), San Diegans are probably dependably mellow and outgoing due to the unrelenting sunshine with ocean breezes and a beautifully landscaped county.
