Review of St. Louis, Missouri

Power Lines Everywhere
Star Rating - 6/4/2008
I moved here recently and, having previously lived in many different cities, I have to say that I have never seen a place with so many visible power lines. They are everywhere--streets, yards, even connected to houses. Most cities bury these lines underground, but for some reason, that is not done here, at least for the most part. This really takes away from the beauty of the city. Also, I have to agree that the roads are in bad need of repair. Go visit a 'newer' city, like Phoenix, and you will see a vast difference in both of these areas.
