St. Louis has a great history and interesting neighborhoods. The problem is that it is now a diamond in the rough. This city has so much potential. It has great parks and beautiful old homes that are inexpensive but could be worth a lot when rehabed. If you have the patience to live through its revival period, it will one day become a great city. Buy in now.
