I'm a native New Mexican and I love this place it's home I've never lived anywhere else sure we have some problems but doesn't everywhere the city does need to deal with the homeless problem cuz it's getting really bad there are a couple areas that are rough neighborhoods but again you're going to run into that anywhere you go over all it's a great place to live

I agree 100%. I am retired military, and I lived in Tucson for 18 years. I lived here in Albuquerque from 1988 to 1992 and I've been back here since 2012 after my retirement. I am from Santa Fe originally as all of my family dating back 2000 years. Tucson has nothing to offer, Albuquerque beats Tucson in everyway. People who don't like it here need to leave immediately, but they won't, they just complain and whine.

I've been traveling through this city so much I'm in the process of finding a reason to move here. I love it in Albuquerque.

Well Fred I too am a native, born on the base but I have been all around the world and my home is turning into a corrupt crime ridden hell hole. If Sandia labs every shuts down the city and the state will be dead. Getting out while the gettins good. You are wrong in your statement that it's bad all over and no matter where you live this site is called BEST PLACES and this isn't it.

I lived in Albuquerque 20 years and in 2019 finally relocated out-of-state due to the HIGH CRIME.
