They call Fallbrook the friendly village and at the moment the home prices are very friendly too. Whether you are interested in a home under $500k or over, there are some incredible deals if you are looking to buy a home in San Diego, County. Fallbrook, California is located in the North County of San Diego, approximately 18 miles from the Oceanside harbor. The climate is great and most of the homes around $500k and up are situated on one acre or more with many of the home having great views.
