Reading is getting BETTER

I have lived in Reading for over 30 years. The city was a great place to live 30 years ago and then it went down hill. Or previous mayor hurt the city with bad management. The city is now making a comeback. Our current mayor is doing a good job at bringing improvements and jobs back to the City of Reading. I see a new Reading emerging.
