Cumberland, Rhode Island is a small town located in the state of Rhode Island. It has a population of 34,056 people according to the 2019 U.S. census and is known for its strong sense of community. Recently, it has been ranked by BestPlaces as one of the top cities to live in Rhode Island. The rankings were based on factors such as cost of living, housing affordability, crime rate, education levels and quality of life among others.
