Thinking of moving to Boston

I was thinking of moving to Boston because the schools spend the most amount of money towards education I have seen on Sperlings. Are the schools as good as the statistics show? It seems from most of the reviews that Bostonians are really stressed out. Were coming from Florida. I think it may be too much of a culture shock for my family. Are people really this angry in Boston? Why is the education so good but the attitudes so bad. Doesn't education, wealth and happiness go "hand in hand"?
